After the headaches went away,
I said goodbye to
a lifetime of names,
and places,
and things
that used to set me free.
Rub your face.
Exhale another breath
on the edge of the bed,
as you watch a watch a piece
of trash roll across the backyard.
no more worries.
This world grows heavier
everyday
